Spinosaurus Aegyptiacus Partial Lower
Jaw
Very rare authentic Spinosaurus partial jaw. This is from the rear lower part of the jaw .Beautiful specimen with no repair or restoration.Genuine Jaws from this giant theropod are very rare.I have seen specimens of crocodile jaws sold on so called reputable websites for ridicules prices claiming to be Spinosaurus. The sure way of knowing you are getting the Genuine article is look for a seed tooth as this specimen has.Crocodile jaws did not have erupting teeth.I saw one large Croc jaw sold as a Spinosaur jaw a few months back with not one erupting tooth socket.Just because you find what looks like a broken Spino tooth in a section of jawbone does not make it a Spinosaur.Paul Serenos recent Crocodile discoveries prove this.Boarcroc ,Warcroc and many other crocodile species have teeth that very closely resemble Spinosaurus. If in doubt contact a reputable source and get an educated opinion. One excellent site is http://spinosauridae.fr.gd
